Women’s Psychological Health is a boutique psychological clinic providing services for women and their families. Principal Psychologist and Director, Charlene Halfhyde, is passionate about improving the lives of women. She has dedicated her career to women’s mental health and well-being.
Charlene recognises the challenges many women face across their lifespan. She aims to provide counselling, treatment and support to help women navigate these times. After many years of studying, training and practicing in specific areas of psychology, Charlene now focuses her practice in the areas of her passion and skill. Charlene is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who applies a trauma-focused lens with a neurodiverse awareness.

Charlene Halfhyde
Charlene is Director and Principal Psychologist of Women’s Psychological Health (WPH). WPH commenced operation in Cairns in 2008.
Charlene Halfhyde is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Charlene is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
